Introduction


KlarityTech Corp. provides digital marketing services to clients who wish to promote their businesses on social media platforms, such as Instagram. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for clients who feel they have not received the services for which they have paid.


Refunds


KlarityTech Corp. will provide a full refund for services that have not been provided. If a client contacts us and provides evidence that they did not receive the services for which they have paid, we will provide a full refund.


No Liability


KlarityTech Corp. will not be liable for any accusations made by clients regarding the services provided. Our liability is limited to providing a full refund for services that have not been provided.


Claims


All claims for a refund must be made in writing to KlarityTech Corp. within 2 weeks of the date of payment. Claims made after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.


Governing Law


The refund policy will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KlarityTech Corp. is located. Any disputes arising from the refund policy will be resolved through arbitration.
